A study in contrast, Saumitra is most likely the kind of person that Einstein had in mind when he said “Man is, at one and the same time, a solitary and a social being”. On the one hand, he is the social magnet that pulled the team together and the glue that holds it strong; while on the other, his need for austere solitude from time to time, never fails to amuse us. A Management post-grad from Mumbai, he always had a strong proclivity for Marketing, Communication, Management and Relationship building. Establishing human connections and nurturing social bonds are an integral part of Saumitra’s value system. During his professional career so far, he has dabbled into many different kinds of work, from managing his own business ventures to gaining exposure with MNCs, all the while honing his core competencies.
